Refund Policy
30-Day Return Policy
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return it within 30 days of receiving it for a refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return or exchange, the item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition that you received it.
To initiate a return, please contact us by email. We will provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number, which you should include with your return.
You are responsible for the cost of shipping the item back to us. If you are returning an item for a refund, the original shipping cost will not be refunded. If you are exchanging an item, we will cover the cost of shipping the new item to you.
Once we receive your return, we will inspect it and notify you of the status of your refund or exchange. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Exchanges will be shipped within [insert timeframe] after we receive your return.
Please note that the following items are not eligible for return or exchange:

- Items that have been used or damaged
